it is the deliverer.....the nervous center is what responds to your brain and creates the mood you're in....whether it be a response to a comment or something that happened at work.....and the nervous center sends messages through the DNA and the messenger RNA through your body accordingly....

also the nervous center responds to how you're feeling and creates neurons in your head...positive or negative....too many negative constitutes depression....same as a chemical imbalance between the sides of the brain.....

the nervous system is probably the chief system of the body
