younger or older? you need to be on them for adults older then 11 or 12 years, younger need childrens vitamins

Babies shouldn't take them...but there are a variety of vitamins designed for children...I don't recall seeing an age minimum on a vitamin bottle but read your label...if there is nothing there, check out some kids vitamins and if there's a common age limit on those...anyone over that max age, is probably okay to take 'adult' multivitamins...

Not that I know of, but you will want to be careful about which multi-vitamins you take as you get older: Some vitamins, if you overdose on them too much, can be poisonous.

No a multi vitamin is good anythime if you don't get the correct nutirents from the food you eat. The have multi vitaimans for childern and adlusts even a formula for seniors.
