And no I am in no need of help, my question is this.
As with previous Zelda titles, their has always been a special "Golden Cartridge" release, i was wondering did the wind waker also do this or is every disk gold?

I do remember Zelda's special "golden" cartridges but I think Nintendo made every Windwaker disc gold in homage to the golden cartridges back in the day.
Mine was a gold cd.

Well I got a pre-order and it wasn't gold so go figure. I think they changed from the gold one to giving the special disc to the pre-orders. You know the one with the GC version of Ocrahna of Time. That made up for the fact that they weren't cartridge anymore and were proably harder to make gold.

yeah, mine is gold too, and I don't see any thing about a special releases in my Nintendo power magazines when the game came out or in the months following.
