I would suggest using a wet saw like you would use to cut stone or tile. This would insure that you don't damge the panels from an overheated saw blade. You can rent these saws from many home stores.

You don't say how thick they are or how big.

I would probably cut them on the tablesaw with a blade designed for laminates.
