Wow - one of my favorite times .....
Born in 1972 and had wonder woman underoos - gosh I felt like a superhero when I wore them- maybe that is why I always thought I could someday fly.....
My husband had the Hulk underoos - he also loved them

Great question - brought a big smile to my face -
Thank you

I was five years old in 78 and I had a pair of Spiderman underoos. They were blue and the shirt had a red web with a spider in the center on the front of the shirt. Just like spiderman's outfit. That kind of thing was cool when your five.

Underoos were good, I had the Superman pair, and I think it was Hot Wheels or something else car themed, but not sure.

I never went in for the Spiderman ones though. I didn't really like Spiderman too much until Tobey MacGuire played him, but I remember Firestar from the Spiderman cartoon. She was hot!

((OH!! I made a pun, haha, hot, get it? She could control fire, hot? Haha!!))

We got some underoos for my brother in 78/79 so he could be pottytrained. It worked wonders. I don't think he still wears them though. He got superman, spiderman and others that I can't remember.

I did! They were those 2-piece (like) sports bra & undies made to look like Wonder Woman's costume. I wore them out pretending to be her. And today, unfortunately, I have MORE than enough on top to fill her actual costume - although I'll never figure out how they kept it from falling down when she ran!
