Where is the line? How much is bleeding and how little is spotting. I am 6 wks pregnant. I started spotting 2 days ago. I was passing clots without heavy bleeding. The bleeding has gotten a little heavier to where I have to ware a pad, but its not filling the pad up. I went to the doctor yesterday and they did an ultrasound. The baby is still there. I haven't heard the heart beat yet. And they said that I was two days off, I should be 6wks 6days but I'm 6wks 4 days. Thats according to my first ultrasound last week and the one they did yesterday. The nurse said that the sac had changed but she didn't know what it was doing, it could be good or bad. I could just be one of the women who has a period during pregnancy because it started at the same time I would have started my period. And when I'm not pregnant I do have clots during my period. They took my blood to check my hcg levels and I won't know anything until tomorrow. Has this ever happened to anyone? What happened?

It is very possible that you were carrying twins and have passed one. That would explain both things, that date and the bleeding.

Well this has happened to 2 different friends of mine. Do not want to scare you but the out come was not good. They both lost their babies due to not being able to hear or see the heart beat. They were as far along as you baby was there but no heart beat. I do know of another case same thing but baby was ok. You need to keep thoes feet up rest no stresssing over this. It is to early to tell what is going to happen so just stay calm and everything will work out the way it is suppose to.

I know it is scary, but do wait for the test results before you get too worried. Lots of healthy babies have been born full-term to moms who spot/bleed during first trimester. As long as it is not accompanied by cramping you should be fine.

I am sorry to tell you, but it really sounds like you are miscarrying.

I have had 3 miscarriages. I would start cramping, then I would start spotting.

I hope this is not the case for you, but really it is not looking good.

I will pray for you.

Have a seat...WAIT...NOT ON THAT WHITE COUCH!!!!!!!

I don't want it looking like a Bingo Card.

However, I think you "passed" a li'l "what could've been" through your body.
