You are NOT obese. You are over weight by around 10 pounds. Your BMI (Body Mass index) is 27.3. What does this mean?
Underweight = Less than 18.5
Normal weight = 18.5 - 24.9
Overweight = 25 - 29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

The lady who said that she was less than 100 punds. She is underweight. her BMI is approximately 15.

Being overweight does not always mean your unhealthy. for instance. I am 5' 1" but I way 139 pounds. my BMI is 25.4, BUT i work out everyday. Remember: musckle weighs more than fat. if you feel that you are in airly good shape i wouldn't say you're overweight. BUT if you are out of shape tha I suggest you start runnning or even walking a liittle each day

When I was 12 years old, I was 125 pounds and was thin, and I was probably about 5'3".

The terms obesity and fat both mean the same thing. What you're thinking of if morbib obesity, which is where you start getting sick from the fat on your body.

This is my advice, talk to a woman you know, maybe mom, maybe someone else, who you see as physically fit, and ask their opinion and help in what you should do.

Weight control is not about just losing weight . You have to eat healthy, exercise, and also understand that emotions can really trigger unhealthy eating (and deal with that). Weight watchers helps with all those issues, as does Overeaters Anonymous.

But deal with it. Ask for help, get it, and don't spend the rest of your life being unhealthy.

The average weight size for someone who is 5'0" should be between 115 - 130.

I would suggest start eating more healthy foods (ex: fruits, vegs, grilled chicken). Try to cut back on caffeine, carbs, candy, and mostly fast food!
Exersize every day for at least 30 minutes.

If you are above 5'7", you may be rather normal, as muscle and height make up a lot of someones weight. If you are more standard sized, perhaps around 5'3", then you are likely a little overweight. You can do a BMI check to see if you are in normal ranges. Just google BMI.

Sorry but...you're overweight. You should lose about 30 lbs. Don't worry it's not that hard, just do a lot of cardio and eat less sugar.
