Detox work's well , it's where you eat nothing but fruit's and vegtable's for 9 day's . You can lose up to 12 lbs.

Eat 3 healthy not junk food for lunch.
tack 2 snakks but but make them fruits. not chocolate
try to by low fat things Like skimmer milk, bran Flack low fat cheese like feta or mozzarella, replace the sweets with fruits.
do drink milk 2 times in the day to help you feel full.
then do some sport like walking and cycling to help firmming and loosing calories.
But believe me all about fatty food and fatty snack “with high calories” . Let’s take an example an apple could have 60-80 calories and you know apple have little sugar and other vitamins plus fibers make you feel full for long time.
In the other hand one a snack bar or Twix could have 270 calories and they are full of oil and sugar and less vitamin. You need to get used to eat fruits and stop that unhealthy junk food. I tried it my self and it worked but you need to keep up your daiet till that day because you will be able to loss 2 kilo as an average in the one week . Good luck

0 carbs for two weeks. No sugar, no bread, no pasta, no rice, no beer or alcohol, etc. No red meat for two weeks-no beef no pork.
After two weeks slowly reintroduce carbs but only whole grains. Slowly you can add beef back if you want but only lean cuts. Avoid the pork altogether.
I have been following this for about 10 weeks. I lost 9 lbs in the first two weeks and slowly took over another 11 in the 8 weeks since. The key is to change your lifestyle, not just feast and famine.

Go on a strict diet. The secret to losing weight is CONSTANT monitering of your calorie intake. Dont drink soda. Drink water. Eat foods that have very low calories. Good luck. By dropping soda alone, I lost over 10 lbs in a month so its totally probable for you too.

This might sound gross, but go on a chips and salsa diet. That'll be your mid morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack. Go ahead and eat normal breakfast and dinner stuff. If you get different flavors/brands for each, it's not that bad. I lost 15 pounds in a week.

go on the south beach diet. you lose between 8 and 13lbs (if you do it right) in two weeks
