It's spelled: conscience.
Awareness of what's right and wrong.
Society caused that. Society lets them get away with many evil deeds, unlike before. Society restricts the male species, thus allowing the female to attack. The answer is: YES Remember, nowadays it's OK to be lesbian. It's the in-thing. Never was before. Never before. I don't care what their sexual preferences are, anyway. I'm not with them, I have my straight ol' lady and I'm happy with that.

I do not think it is that they lack a conscious so much as they lack self esteem to make the right decisions.

There are certain portions of the frontal cortex of the brain that are responsible for guilt, inhibition, and moral behavior. It is not possible that one generation of females have evolved significantly different brain matter.
Rather the mores of our society have been in almost constant flux over the past 50 years, which leads to ever changing definitions of what is 'right' and what is 'wrong'.

Today's morals have gotten very lax. Look at TV, movies, dress codes... conscious another story. There is devil on left shoulder angel on right shoulder who do you listen to? All I can say is "The devil made me do it I swear" should put deaf ear to left shoulder huh? :-)

I think you're much more morally uptight than you have a right to be.
And the word you're looking for is "conscience" - perhaps you should spend more time learning and less time judging others.
