Ok, assuming you have a 28 day cycle (which most women DONT), it would look something like this:
Days 1-7 : Your Period: not fertile
Days 8-11: somewhat fertile
Days 12-14: EXTREMELY fertile: OVULATION
Days 15-18: somewhat fertile
Days 19-28: not fertile

You cant go by what people are telling you! You can actually be fertile or not fertile at any time. Everyone is different so if you dont want to become pregnant, then use protection or abstain completely.

everyone is different, right after your period...but keep in mine that soon after your period you start to ovulate and sperm can live inside you for four days.
