you should install a keylogger on the computer you wish to track.
a keylogger records all the keystrokes on the keyboard so that you can review it later.
but usually an antivirus as good as mcafee or norton will declare the keyloger prog. as a potentially unwanted program (pup) and would prevent it from working.
and if hopefully the pro works, then you should be ready for the outcomings/results.
note:-
you should personally talk to your spouse if the matter is serious. relationships are built upon trust not suspicion.

you would find a free keylogger at
www.download.com
go to security & spyware category
then parental filters
there you may find a whole lot of free and some paid utilities (keyloggers)
i downloaded one today only.
but not with an intention to use it, just to add to my collection of downloads.

Man!! if you are married , then you should be able to talk to your spouse.Marriage is supposed to be a thing of trust. do you ? or don't you?.
Anyway! if you truly know your partner, you will notice small differences in their attitude and mannerisms etc, so ask your spouse outright.
You will know by the reaction they give if they are cheating or not.

well you can also get a hardware keylogger, you connect it between the keyboard and the computer. Thinkgeek.com sells some.

Doing this remotely is illegal hacking and the company would be very unhappy with that.
