T Mobile Kid Connect. The phone allows for 50 minutes of non T-Mobile to T-Mobile talk time. There is no way for them to go over this amount unless you authorize it.

The plan allows for unlimited weekends and unlimited T-Mobile to T-Mobile conversation. No nights. So when 50 minutes are reached....only text messages can be sent on phone and only if you authorize it.

19.99 per month is the total. Minutes can be added to the 50 by prepaid cards. If text messaging is a big deal...don't add them and they cant be sent.

There is also a 29.99 plan for 1000 text messages and 75 minutes if that is what you want for the teenager. But after minutes are used.......there is no more talking or overages.

The only thing I am not certain about is text message. Receiving is no extra cost. Sending....I'm not sure if they stop that or not.

And the plan will work with any phone on T-mobiles network. I usually just buy my phones unlocked though.

initially the guy could in all threat be taken to wellness center as a results of drugs being taken, its rather a process action i could be pondering. After that, they could be dealt with the comparable way as the different criminal. Their appropriate disposal (penalty for the offence ) could be right down to the determination makers and the Crown Prosecution provider as a results of fact the Police in elementary terms do the investigating interior the customary public of situations now and the recommendations on charging could be right down to the CPS. As for what happens at courtroom, you on no account can tell now days. If the Courts provides bail to murderers, as they have carried out, then there isn't any telling what they'll do!

Buy a prepaid phone. Tell your son/daughter that it is for emergency use only and there are only limited minutes. It's minimal cost and there are no contracts. You pay as you go. A word of caution though. They do require you to periodically "add" minutes to the phone to keep it active but the cost is minimal plus it will allow your child to occasionally use it but only to a certain point before the minutes are all used up.

the firefly is actually pretty cool you get to choose who your child calls, it holds like 20 numbers. so it can have friend numbers in it too.
but they are 14 so they arent a child. you can ge them a normal cell phone and choose what they can use in it, you can disable any feature.
depending on what carrier you have.
there is also the new disney mobile which is a new carrier. and you have alot of control over who your child calls and it even has a tracker on it so you can see where your child is at all times.

Go to a retail store for whatever provider you choose and ask them which phones can be "locked down" so that only numbers you put into the phone book can be called.

Tracphone if its available where you are. A pay as you go plan. Cheap (about 20 bucks at Walmart). With add on minutes costing about the same. If it gets lost, you are not out to much.
