Too hot, at least you can strip off some clothes and drink cold drinks to stay cool. If it's cold it seems you can never get warmed up.

it depends on what kind of life style you have, if its tribal then too cold would be nice cause there are some hearty animals that carry a lot of meat in cold weather to protect it from the cold, but if you lived in the city then too hot would be nice cause its too tricky to drive in ice and we can go swimming n stuff.

Hot always.
The laws of physics as they relate to body chemistry, define comfort levels. I personally enjoy heat, and have lived in extreme cold. I find it easier to reach my comfort zone, in trying to reduce ambient temps, as opposed to increasing them.

too cold. i can always bundle up and wear more clothing.
when it's too hot, that option is not available.
