I saw one in seventeen and it was so cute so I looked for one around my local stores and mall and I couldn't find it, It's not really a dress it's more like a really long sweater

Kohls, my niece and I went school clothes shopping with her and they had those in blue but not striped with a black cami underneath for 20 bucks, she ended up getting 10 new outfits for 500 bucks!

why not wash a jumper in really hot water and s-t-r-e-t-c-h it when its wet. alot cheaper than yr dress! lol :)
