it says i won a mill. but im thinking this is a scam!!!!they want me to send them 20 bucks then they will release the money yea right!!!!i think they are full of you know what! the letter says from NAAC administration services i think they only are stealing peoples money what do you think???

It is a scam they are people who ask you to send them money to send you the money you won. Best part the letter usually says they can not touch your money so they can not deduct the $20 from your winnings an send the rest of your money!
I won so many millions in the past 3 years that I could finance a whole city's budget ! LOL

Yep it's a scam. If an organization you've never heard of says that you've won money but you have to pay them something to recieve it it's a scam. Actually while you're at it you might give the police a call.

definate scam do not pay for anything you have not asked for internet is full of them i have a gmail account that i set up just to find this sort of scam and it is getting about 50 a day
