I know Israel has admitted to mistakes when bombing a wrong target, etc. but I don't recall hearing Pals taking responsibility.
Like who did they blame when the greenhouses in Gaza were looted (after the disengagement)?
I don't know...I could be wrong. Help me out here. When have Pals ever admitted to a mistake?

If they have, I haven't heard it; but then, except for The Economist and Jim Lehrer's News Hour, the media I use isn't gonna report it even if they do!

but Israel's had so much more practice.

I do think maybe we hear more about Israel's acknowledging their mistakes, because maybe raiding a green house isn't as newsworthy as the raid on the Sabra & Shatila refugee camps, when civilians were just lined up against the wall & shot - about as many as died on 9/11.

Then later Israel "made a mistake" a massacre of civilians in Qana - in 1996, with indiscriminate shelling of civilians, killing several hundred.

Then Israel goes back in 2006 & indiscriminately shells Qana again & another massacre.

I challenge anyone to look at the (WARNING - very graphic) photograph on the website, listed in the source & try to tell me it's the same as stealing tomatos.

The state of Israel keeps killing & apologising & the apologies should fool no-one, if they just go do it again....and again, and again, and again.

Hard to admit you are wrong when you are stuck in the middle of the desert far from the good farming lands...Reminds me of the Native Americans getting stuck out in the middle of nowhere.
