I want to have my rabbits spayed/neutered but I'm scared. At what age is it advisable to have them spayed/neutered?How do you choose a vet? What would be the expected behavior of the rabbits after the process? and how do you take care of them during those times?

Rabbits should be neutered/spayed before the age of 2 years. The earlier the better. If you go to the internet, you can look up a website with vets names in your local area and make sure he is rabbit savvy. (specializes with rabbits) Depending on the rabbit, or course, they will have to stay in their cages to recover. They may eat a little less or eat normally.
All these questions you have can be answered by your local vet. Don't be afraid. Pick up the phone and get some information.

Join a rabbit forum, like I did.

Not all vets will spay/neuter rabbits. Between 6-9 months of age. They act much the same as any other animal after the surgery and you take care of them the same. Keep everything clean and make sure if they are inside, you keep their litter clean. Some vets recommend strips of newspaper as a litter for a couple of weeks, but I just use clean litter.

It's not a catastrophe. Just get it neutered!
