No, it doesn't.
Gee, people! What's up with the attitudes? He's asking a simple question, not being judgmental, not being ignorant. It's a simple question . . .

The right-ear-left-ear thing stopped being a real sign of anything in the 90s. Once everyone knows the code, it's not a code for anything because it is too mainstream. Now it's just a matter of what looks good. Getting cartilage pierced is just a more punkish/alterna way of getting a piercing. It looks cooler.

The whole right ear/ left ear secret meanings thing is a thing of the past that never even applied to women ever. But now it doesn't apply to men either. It's so 1995. What decade are you in?

I think that is an old wives tail or something some made up. Because I see plenty of guys with both ears pierced what does that mean.

No, I have my left cartiliage pierced, and have been happily married to my husband for over a decade.
My husband's cousin has her right cartiliage pierced (well... more than her left ear...), and she's been married to her husband for even longer.
Besides, that only applied to men in the late 80's/early 90's, and never applied to women. No one pays that any attention anymore.

That doesn't mean sh!t!!
So, you're saying if people started a new trend, and someone decided to label them gay-- they'd be gay?
Get real....
Society is so damn judgemental!!
If I want to wear a pink shirt because I like pink-- than I should wear it without worrying everyone will criticize me! Stop following and start leading dude...
It's a buncha BS...
