Your baby is your photocopy. If you want it to be natural you too must have to be natural.
Instead of sleeping tablets you try meditation. If that is also not possible keep a photograph of a saint or God you trust. You make a practice to remember Him whenever you have a spare time. When you go to bed forget the world and remember him. The continuous flow of His image will lead you not only to sleep but the Divine happiness.

No. Dont take any tablets unless your Doctor gives them to you. My mother was prescribed Debendox when she was pregnant with my youngest brother..thank God she didnt take them. At the moment of his birth dozens of doctors appeared to see the effect of Thalidomide on her son... she never told her Doctor she hated tablets, so they didnt understand why he was normal... Try sleep tapes (I use Jane Austen's Pride and Predjudice talking book) and some lavender. Whale noises and gentle rubs from your other half should relax you...

Never a good idea to take medication when pregnant, I was prescribed Debenox when I was having my eldest son, just after he was born there was a huge scare that this drug could cause all sorts of disabilities, and I feel that I was very lucky that my son was alright.

Do Not take anything when pregnant unless you consult your doctor 1st, but I am sure that you would not be allowed to take these tablets as they could harm your unborn baby! it is just not worth the risk!

Never take ANY medication while pregnant without first checking with your doctor. My wife wouldn't even take an antacid until her OB said she could. And our son went on to be ... Peyton Manning.

Actually, he was always Peyton Manning, it's just that not as many people cared.
