My ex-boyfriend that I didn't even think he took me THAT serious continues to call to my phone.I'm refusin to change my # for the fact that MANY of my relatives that can ONLY call once in a while call me to this #.Not only that but he calls me from various cell phones of his friends and obviously I answer my own phone. How do I tell him to stop calling me but nicely, without the guilt trip.Cause everytime I do tell him I go off and he just stays there and laughs.

Just tell him that you are no longer a couple and don't feel that you really have any reason to be talking tohim. If that doesn't work than you need to get more serious about it and tell him that his calling is really bothering you and you expect it to stop. Keep a record of the calls because it could turn into a stalking situation. However, it sounds to me like you really don't mind him calling or you wouldn't be concerned about being so nice about the whole thing.

No necesita ser simpatica, chica! You don't have to be nice! He obviously does NOT respect you at all, or he'd stop.

Answer only numbers you know. Tell your relatives, and they can leave you a message, or call from numbers you know on caller ID. If you don't have that option, and you answer the phone and it's him, you just say, VERY nicely, "I've asked you not to call. I'm hanging up now. Bye." Then hang up. Then, if you can, block that number so he can't call from that one again.

Eventually, he will get the point. But do be careful... this is a forerunner of stalking behavior!

If you don't have caller ID get it and when his number comes up just don't pick up the phone. If you do have have caller ID and you know it's one of his friends, again, don't pick up. Just let it ring. He'll get tired of that game soon.

Don't worry about sounding harsh. And you don't need to feel guilty. You've made it clear that you don't want the relationship and he is not acting in a mature manner.

You might try talking with one of his friends (if any of them have some maturity) to try to talk some sense into him.

But you've nothing to feel guilty about. Sometimes relationships don't work out and the sooner dropped the better for all.

u dont have to be nice, you owe him no apologies.next time he calls if u have a guy around give him the phone to answer.if that doesnt stop him then call customer care and tell them to block any call from his phone.if that doesnt work then when next he calls and you here his voice just put the phone down, DONT SWITCH IT OFF allow the credit to keep going without any reply. by the tme his money wastes like that 3 or 4 times he will stop.the truth of the matter is that you have to be hard hearted or else he wont stop.....best of luck

Da boy has problem, and I've been there and I've resented that he wouldn't get the clues.
If you are around this guy socially, just explain to your friends, hey this person is causing me grief on the phone. And maybe a big brother or someone else's big brother can give him a man-to-sniveling wimp talk, about leaving you alone.
He tortures you because he thinks you are helpless, and he is probably not dealing well with the reality, you are NOT his girlfriend.

If he's being a jerk than you shouldn't worry about being nice about it. Just tell him to quit calling you or you are going to bring him up on harrassment charges. Just keep copies of your phone calls and save any and all messages he may leave on your voicemail.

Tell him to stop calling you...period. Do not answer his calls, when he calls just say "gotta run" then disconnect.. This guy is bad news and is starting to get obsessive and scary. Run do not walk away from this nut case. Good luck!

If you cannot be firm that means that you really want his calls to continue. Really how hard is it to change your number and then call your relatives to give them the new one.

Tell him that you need some time to recover from the heart break that breaking up has caused, and that you think that it is best if you two didn't speak to each other for awhile (because it makes it harder on you to recover).

You must be harsh with ex-boyfriends. If that doesn't work, pretend like you are going to give him a suck job, and then bite his member.
