The girl he took to the dance that leaves him as soon as they get there. She's pathetic. Uncle Rico is a close second.

All of them are equally pathetic, but in different ways. If REALLY pressed I would have to say Napoleon's friend - the one that shaved his head, is the LEAST pathetic, but only by a hair. (no pun intended)

Uncle Rico , I agree with you gets to wear the crown in this terrific movie just filled with whacked out characters. Great movie , maybe in my top 30.
