being happy is what matters...
Anything that's required to make you happy is necessary. If that's money for you... then, it's prior.
Not necessarily, the rich are the happiest ones. Why???
Money isn't everything...it's a means to have materialistic things. Materialistic things give u momentory pleaseue. They are not afterall what u want out of life.

I'm not sure if I understand your question - money is not the #1 priority in my life, but it's enough of a priority for me to get out of bed and go to work 5 mornings a week! I do get a certain sense of satisfaction out of living in a nice house, wearing nice clothes and driving a nice car!

money is necessary for life for everything but money is not everything u cant buy love from somebody and good friends and good faith or good name by money u should control money and it will happen when it is not too much and when money becomes more u have think too much about how to increase into many folds and u can lost even good sleep. so u should control money and should not be vice versa

Little money shall save you, more money you have to save it!! is that clear sir/madam? no little money one require for all his needs. more money you require an elephant of a code number and vault to keep it safe. so why bother, the luxury of today may be a necessity of tomorrow that is nature. but be always in tune with nature to accept what is necessity for you at that point in time and have that sufficient money as earning!! success parameters differ from person to person at the same time i do not want to bring down your ambitious projection of mind. but look at the stars and be happy if you arrive at least in moon!!
