My doctor sent me to another doctor for a 3rd ultrasound, they told me my baby was due on dec 17, while my gyno is telling me im due on the 26 of dec, this is very confusing for me, i new i was further along in my pregancy then what my gyno was telling me, if my baby is due dec 17th, how far along am i right now in my pregancy

When do you think conception occurred? If you know the date (within a couple of days), do the arithmatic.
Otherwise, those two dates are not that far apart. Lots of women give birth a little before or after their due dates.

about 5 months or so....the due dates can sometimes be inaccurate and between dec.17 and dec.26 is only 9 days so I wouldn't worry about it.....you probably have the baby somewhere in between those 2 dates...wait till you see what the 3rd ultrasound has to say and then go from there. Good luck!

Your gynocologist goes by when your last period was, and that's not really the most accurate way, but it's the best until the ultrasound. My due date was changed after the ultrasound, too, but not as much as yours, and mine was pushed back instead of forward.
If you're due on December 17th, then you have 4 months left. I'm not great at math, so my subtraction may be flawed, but that should put you in week 23.
Congrats and Good Luck!

Only 15% of children are actually born on their due dates. I'm pregnant right now and my first due date that I calculated on the Internet said Oct. 31st. Then my OBGYN said it was Nov. 2nd. When I went to the ultrasound at 21 weeks they said my due date was Oct. 27th. So I figure it's a due month and that I'll have the baby within the four weeks of Oct. 27th and Nov. 2nd. I just hope I don't have the baby on Halloween because I'm dressing up as a pumpkin this year. I end up in labor while wearing my costume I'm going to be in the hospital asking for them to "scoop" me out the "seed" is ready!
Don't worry, the baby with come when he or she is ready.

I had the same thing happen to me. They were going by the size of the baby on my second ultra sound when they pushed my due date from Dec 9 to Dec 1.

I am 38 weeks pregnant I also had a few due dates told to me all like yours relativly close to one another, but it is very confussing. I would go by the ultrasound because those are more acurate by measuring the size of the baby, usually they give another ultrasound at 34 weeks alleast they did for me and just ask if your due date is still the same.

properly the pulse will exchange threwout the being pregnant. Due dates are per advance and that's trouble-free for them to alter with the aid of some days whilst the 1st ultrasound is so early. the 2nd sac won't be a toddler sac yet like your bladder. They do image the whole section. notwithstanding if it is twins then it would be from 2 separate eggs. they are generally nearer jointly. purely ask next time you bypass, notwithstanding if it is twins after some months there will be an relatively obtrusive set of heart beats.

Well give or take sounds like your baby will be due in between those 2 different dates. Pretty much some docs can't figure out when the exact dates are. I'd say when your baby is ready to come he/she will come. Just as long as the baby is healthy. Good Luck and Enjoy your lovely baby to come.

The ultrasound is better in determinating how far along you are. You are probably 2 weeks further along than what you thought you were. If you got ultrasound pictures of the baby, look at the top part and it will tell you detailed information as to how far along they think you are (weeks and days).

oh get used to that, they change your due date whenever they get a chance. ALWAYS go with what the ultrasound tech tells you, that is the most accurate and most often what the gyno uses (after an ultrasound they stop using that little purple wheel and your last period)
