If there is something going around, start taking zinc gluconate, vitamin C and echinacea. Take the C frequently because it metabolizes in your system quickly and is not retained.
Open doors with your sleeve or a paper towel to avoid getting the germs that cause it.

Zycam is good..,but what works for me is vitamin c..,when i feel a cold or get around people or an area where the flu is going around,I take 500 mg in the morning,at lunch and then 1000mg at bedtime.I am a truck driver and I rarely get sick out here doing that,however everyones system is different.Hope this helped.
