You're right. You are not an agnostic and you are not an atheist.
The idea that The Original Creator (who orchestrated The Big Bang billions of years ago) no longer existing except in the hearts and minds (i.e., souls) of people - at least in this time-line - is found within the metaphysical philosophy called Solist Mysticism.

I hate pigeon holes, they are too small and cramped for any ones beliefs. I am an atheist, agnostic, spiritual person. Its odd, really. I think that, the extremes of either side of the coin are what I dislike about religion.Nihilists vs. Conservative Christians. Eeek!
So here I sit, dead center middle of the road. Am I alone? Doubt it.

Even though you don't believe in agnostism or atheism by definition you are an atheist regardless. There is really no other catergory you can put yourself into.
