Here are some good websites on how to remove fish smell from cloths and other things.
Some of them suggest Simple Green. They sell it at wal-mart. It also sounds like Lemon Juice might do it... They sell a Dawn dish soap now that's removes unpleasant odors from plastic... I would buy some of this and soak the cloths in it.You may have to get the fish oils out before the smell will come out...DAWN WILL take the fish oil out. Then I would hang them in the sun all day. This will kill any bacteria in them and then rewash.
Another thought is soaking in baking soda and apple cider vinegar...

Good Luck

Gosh... I feel for ya'... and I can relate! Try the tomato juice and vinegar... the vinegar, at least. If that doesn't work enough... 1/4 cup of Pine-Sol in a large load added with regular laundry detergent and fabric softener usually knocks out a lot of bad smells.

Hey, Mom... count your blessings. He could be working on a coking unit at an oil refinery or... in a sugar factory that uses sugar beets for processing!

use safe color bleach, pine sol, lemon juice, fabric softener, let is soak for more than 4 hours. after that use ariel or any laundry detergent. rinse and before hanging dry spray with febreeze. hang dry, if possible under the direct sunlight. see the results, if the smell is still there, repeat the entire process.

Odoban works wonders. I use it and buy it at my local SAM's club. It was recommended to me by a manager of a laundrymat.
Check the link and see if you can find where to buy it in your area.

citrus products or tomato juice does wonders(it's the acidity)

both for clothes and son. And if son hungry he can sip his bath...
(vodka optional)

But I would need the vodka if my son drank his bath water.
