I'm not in the UK so can't follow papers etc every day but I'd imagine him not being very impressed, has there been any news from his side?

he's advised her to take 'gardening leave', I think that means a time out. Also Syed has been arrested this weekend following allegations of fraud, same day he had an interview in the daily mail saying how he wnted to marry michelle, but preferably only if became Muslim.

What complications, eh?

Never mind Alan. It could've been much worse if you had chosen Syed. The news is reporting of his alleged money laundering practise.

In reference to the lady a bit further up, I was told "Gardening Leave" was basically leaving immediately when you hand in your notice, yet you get full pay.

This happened loads in my last job, when salesmen left to work at rival companies.

But back to the actual question! I've not heard much - but if shes on gardening leave its not sounding too promising is it??

why would he care? It's their life. All he's probably worried about is how much is she going to work for him for the next 9 months

I just caught the tale end of the news but I did hear he was very angry - I don't think the father helped!!
