someones taking the piss......there is no such thing as a sky hook....or a glass hammer, I got caught on those two when I started a new job years ago.....gave the counter staff at the local trade centre a laugh though.

for a sky hook , I think you should phone "SKY" customer services no messing you will be left on the hook! for along weight try asking them to install the SKY DISH to your property!
