I hate the thought of been grown up, someone told me you have to have a blue rinse perm and wear bed jackets, nah I am not growing up so there, I am 50 at Christmas and all my friends are the only ones its affecting, they are all going on about been old at 50, well I'm not and I don't intend to be, you only get one shot of this life so you have to make the most of it, I hope men never grow up either, nothing more beautiful than seeing a grown man with the inner child coming out of him..

Yes !! In actual fact although my official age is 41 I think there was some mistake when I was born and I am really 25.
Seriously though if I ever have to state my age or year of birth it is always a bit of a shock when I realise I am really 41 because I just do not feel that I am and cant quite believe that I am.

I am 39, told that I look 26 and act like I'm 30. I am mature, but still enjoy being a kid. I hope I never "grow up" and become boring. I don't want to "act" my age, because that number is not me. I don't try to act young and am very proud of my age, because I still look decent (at least that's what I am told). I look forward to getting my black balloons next year.
Men do grow up, but we are fortunate enough to maintain a portion of our child-like/youthful qualities. The key is if you don't want a man to act like a child, don't cater to his childlike wants. Women have a tendency to assume the maternal roles with their men. What is he supposed to do? Take advantage of course! If I can get away with farting all the time and leaving my clothes all over the place, I will. That's why my second wife is totally different from the previous. She respects my youthful ways, doesn't try to act like my mom, or caters to my every whim.
Men mature differently to women, so remember that. We are grown, but always like to relieve our "glory" days. Whereas, women are smart enough to just reminisce and get on with their lives.

I am 45 and still love live heavy metal concerts, moshing in the pit, throwing frisbee, having keg parties, and many other things that some people say I am too old for. Age is a matter of how old you let yourself feel. I am going to continue to do anything I can until my body says I can't anymore. And my body is still is going strong right now!
I had a young couple at a Disturbed concert tell me I was too old to be there. I just told them to call me after they have raised two kids and been in a war, and let me know what they are doing with their lives. I am enjoying my life.

no men dont grow up, they just age, their wife or partner takes over where mother left off. Yes I feel like a teenager and act like one when I hear the music from the 50s and 60s then I SEE THE REFLECTION IN THE MIRROW, life is very cruel.

I know for a fact I don't feel my age. Also my mum has been known to say that she certainly doesn't feel 58 but more like her 20s. So I don't think you ever really think of yourself as old as you really are.
No, I don't think men really grow up, but I also don't necessarily think women do either - not just a gender thing!!!
