Yes, a woman can still have sex when she's pregnant. In fact, having sex can help reduce stress and the tensions that can build up during pregnancy. Most women who want to are able to enjoy sex throughout pregnancy. A pregnant woman should avoid vaginal intercourse if either partner has a herpes sore or if she:

has a high risk of miscarriage
has a high risk of premature labor
has broken her waters
has pain
believes labor has begun
is unable to find a comfortable position

Other satisfying forms of sex play, called outercourse, which includes body rubbing, mutual masturbation, and oral sex, can be enjoyed when a couple wants to avoid vaginal intercourse.

Just take some precautions during this period. Deep penetration and deep hard rammings must be avoided, in some cases miscarriage can happen.
Do it lying side ways with your feet together to control the depth of the penetration, if he is too excited and start ramming hard and trying to penetrate fully, straighten both feet to limit his penetration.
Its better to restrain sex for 1 or 2 weeks after birth, give some time for the stiched wound to heal properly, if any, it will give a tight feel later. Don't be too rough for the first few days.
Enjoy your sex.

unless the doctor says something is wrong go for it. I had sex the morning I went into labor and it was incredible. Find a position that's good for you and enjoy each other cause once the baby comes you have to fight for time and I swear they know when you're about to and that's when they cry. Also when you get into the later months try doggie style with pillows above and below the belly for support and have fun.

Assuming you have had no bleeding and the pregnancy is progressing well, meaning no complications, a woman can have sex all the way up until delivery. I have 2 children and my husband and I had sex all the way into my 9th month of pregnancy. Enjoy this time, because once the baby arrives it is difficult to decide if you want to have sex or if you want to go for that all elusive sleep.

If you don't have any complications you can have sex right up until your water breaks. Some positions will be too uncomfortable for you after you start to get bigger. paternityangel.com has a section with illustrations of positions that will be more comfortable in the later months.

From what I know you can have sex all the way up to 6 weeks before you have the baby, and then 6 weeks after. The best way to do it, is on your side, or on your belly or you on top. Laying on your back is not always the best way.

As long as there are no medical reasons..you can have sex up to the day you deliver. Your doctor will let you know if you should not continue to have sex.

I had sex the day I delivered my 3rd daugter...It helped bring on contractions.
