I went to a restaurant called Carraba's. They serve really good Italian food and they give your kids a ball of dough so that they can make their own pizza. After your kid rolls the dough, they actually bake it in the pizza oven for them and bring it out to them. My nephew loved it!
Also, Rainforest Cafe seems to be a fav for kids. It's like a jungle inside, and the menu items are fun. Kids eat really cheap on certain days of the week.

even as i grow to be in lady scouts we did the entire "ants on a log ingredient". I remember having a blast making them and they are more effective wholesome than maximum. All you ought to do is decrease a celery stalk in 1/2, fill it with peanut butter, and press raisins in a line into the peanut butter :D
