Rebuild...hmmmm? Well, since Hezbollah has refused to disarm or withdraw, maybe rebuilding would be a bit premature.....

Hezbollah & Israel brought this destruction on the Lebanese people. The co-sponsor if you like was the US who have lucrative defence contracts that rely heavily on a maintained level of hostility and tension in the region.
Of course the poor Lebanese army has always been too week to take on Hezbollah and still is. So they turned their back and looked the other way while Israel invaded the sovereign territory of Lebanon to remove effectively a major thorn in the *** of all 3 parties involved.
The EU largely paid for the reconstruction last time, this time I would like the US defence companies pay up - with multi billion dollar profits again this year the can rebuild 1000 Lebanons and still walk away with a profit and a smile

The ones who caused the damage. For a very long time Hezbollah has been firing rockets into Israel killing women and children. Finally, Israel decided to protect itself, so it paid Hezbollah back.
The real bombing of Lebanon was to weaken those who have been killing Israelis. This has been very efficiently done.
So who is responsible for the damage ? First, Hezbollah for firing rockets into Israel. Second, Lebanon for permitting Hezbollah to operate from their country and providing training grounds and barracks.
Third, Iran for providing money for weapons and supplies. Fourth Syria for the same reason.
The Muslims are so full of hatred that they can't think rationally and it's costing them many lives and loss of property.
If they would ever decide to join the human race and begin living in the twenty-first century instead of the medieval age, the mid-East could be a wonderful place.
So back to your question. When Lebanon permitted and helped a military organization not under their direct control, to use their country, they must accept full responsibility for that organization. Lebanon must pick up the bill for the damage.

Fascist Nassaralla said, in his victory speech, that Hezbollah will rebuild Lebanon. That the Lebanese people don't need any body's money; Of course he is going to use Iran's money. He also said that the youth should help and volunteer.
He destroyed Lebanon and now he is going to rebuild it. The youth he is going to recruit are his next terrorists. He is raising them now, so in a few years he'll have a new army. Remember the Nazi youth movement. He is now building their pride and insuring their loyalty.
As evil a person that he is, stupid he is not. The fools are the Lebanese. From a beautiful christian country in the 70's they are going to become a fundamentalist Islamic country in a few years!!!

Sheik Nasrallah announce today that Hezbollah will be spending $150 million on reconstruction and relief efforts in Lebanon. You know that money is coming from Iran thanks to the $75 a barrel we are paying for oil since we invaded Iraq.
My guess is that Iran and Suadi Arabia will be in competition offering up plenty of assistance. The Saudis to appease the folks back home angry over them sitting on their hands while Isreal destroyed an Arab country. The Iranians will be doing it to prop up and extend the already considerable influence of Hezbollah outside it's base in the south.

Hezbollah, Syriah, Iran they incited the violence as usual and are still saying Israel should be wiped of the map.
When they have done that all you supporters they will be coming after the rest of us.
All most western Muslim want is a peaceful existance but a minority of the young ones are looking for something and are being brainwashed by some evil leaders

Israel and the UN rebuilding programme. Germany had to pay reparations for damages to other countries but to counteract any complaint Lebanon should pay some part of damage to Northern Israel.

The UN & the EU will have to stump up most of the cash, otherwise it will appear to be another case of the 'West' letting Arabs / Muslims suffer & doing nothing. If Iran etc leaps in to fill the gap, Lebanon will probably become another recruiting ground for radicals.

Will the Palestinians, HezBULLies, Syria and Iran pay for the wear accomplished to Israel over the years? i think of no longer. If Lebanon and the HezBULLies accomplished what became required, there would be no injury to Lebanon.
