my ipod mini menu button wnt wrk i tryed evrytin restartng it reseting it i dnt wnt 2 send it 2 get fixed?

I had the same prob with u...mine it just stopped working and wont charge..What ive done, ur ipod still got a warranty. If its still within 1 year, apple usually will replace it. Go to apple.com/support. Check your warranty date then fill up their form. They will send u a special box from UPS. Follow instructions. They replaced mine with new, same color ipod mini in 2 weks time. I didnt pay a single penny. Good Luck.

hold down the menu button and the centre button until the apple symbol appears, or move the hold button back and forth

Did you drop it or get water in it?

Try keeping the hold button so that the orange bit can be seen(this actually happened to me come to think of it). Press really hard on the menu button (by doing this the ipos should hopefully light up) move your finger around it so that you can see the very circular edge of the silver or pink iPod (whatever colour your ipod is)

Also clean it the whole circular part of the ipod as from time because of grease etc it can cause problems, by wiping vigorously so that all dirt and there is nothing blocking the MENU button.
