Yes they help. Yet it is not the cure~ A great smile is a serious mood elevator for you!
Crest white strips are incredible! Use them for two weeks.
Stop smoking and drinking hot dark beverages. That is the stain maker.
It is remarkable. I wouldn't tell ya to buy this if it didn't work, and get some scissors and cut them to fit your mouth, use all that product. on your teeth surface, front and back. Teeth are reflective. for real.

Umm... I would go with whitening strips. I have friends that have tried them and they have been really happy with the results. Whitening toothpastes don't help because they only whiten while you brush.... the strip whitens for hours and lasts months. It is easy too! Just use while you are sleeping. Try Crest Whitestrips! =) good luck

yes it worked for me it actually worked instantly twice a day !!! now i have really whitened teeth!! you should try it!!!
