all the trees and bush's taken away.they are putting grass down. this has exposed my house to the main road. i own the house and the land. could they charge me for this work. they did it without any notification. got out of bed to find this work done. it is about 35 sq metres in total

If you own the land, you wanna call the police. They cant just dig up your land without your permission!!

Call the police and say 'criminal damage, aggrevated tresspass and theft'.
As for charging you, there is a lovely piece of legislation called the Unsolicited Goods and Services Act 197(4?) but of course your local authority is exempt from it.

hopefully someone didn't make a mistake. depending on the laws they could really be in deep! personally i would see that it is replanted and if it was done for some good reason ask why there was no notice. still the trees need to be replanted

Hi Call your city maintence office--and ask them what is going on.
If they don't know, ask what their suggestion is.
If you live in a planned community such as a condo, you should try the condo corporation first, if they are not able to help, then call the city/town office.
If no one able to help, you could ask the neighbors to see if they remember any specific truck or company name.
But try the city/town office first

If its your land then phone the council and ask them what they think they are doing , then get them to replant it as it was. But if it is yours how were they able to get in to it, Do you not have a fence around your property.

Call the cops. Sue their b1tch azzes and ruin their lives. Have their families evicted from their homes and make sure they cant afford to buy food.
