I say the best place would be good will. You could easily find pieces to make a costume out of. Like the school girl. You are bound to find a plaid skirt. If you want to cut it shorter go for it. They will have knee high stockings or socks. And a white button up shirt. Just leave it open and wear a brightly colored bra. and panties and where heels. This whole outfit will maybe cost you $10 max! That is where I find my costumes every year for Halloween. Just use your imagination....you'll find so many things.

Well I make costumes, but they're not cheap, more Art slash if you dare wear.
For a school girl simply pick up a plaid mini, white button up, and pull your hair in a pony tail Voila you're done.
Just pretend you're at least 18, if not...be worried?
