In the metaphysical sense, anyone who was alive on that day, and is still alive today, is a survivor of the tragedy. Are you including the first and secondary responders? Are you including people that were not in the building, but were scheduled to be there? What about people that escaped, but were pregnant at the time - do you count those fetuses? I believe your question is too general for a specific answer.

Errr... Lots of people survived it.
Maybe you mean who was the last to die... Or something along those lines, but lots of the survivors are still alive, so we don't ahve a "last survivor" yet.

If you mean the last person pulled from the rumble alive it was Sgt. John McLoughlin -- but there are many many survivors.
