HA HA, saw that doc. last night. Something was wrong with that guy. His girlfriend must have been warped in the head to have even dated him. OK 1 or 2 dates maybe, but I tend to shy away from men who who act like wild animals, LITERALLY. You could just look at him and tell he was off his rocker. I am not saying he deserved what happened to him, but you play with fire, your gonna get burned. His girlfriend knew what she was getting herself into. I do not know anyone who does not know the risks of invading wild animal territory. It is just a shame she put so much trust into a crazy person. He needed help, and shame on his friends and family for not giving it to him...

The man was clearly insane. I think he started out as just an idiot, but I honestly believe that he had a mental disease - the paranoia, the inability to control his emotions, etc.

I do not feel bad for either him or his girlfriend. They thought that bears were just like people and wanted to force the rest of the world to bow to their bunny-hugger ideas. Well, they learned the hard way that animals are animals and people are people.

If you're going to be around wild animals, you must be willing to defend yourself or sacrifice your life to prove how much of a bunny-hugger you are. He couldn't have met a more appropriate end.

Sick, but not the sickest man who ever lived. Hitler brainwashed most of a country. I felt bad for Grizzly Man - what a horrible death for both of them.

I saw that last night, weird. I think that maybe she had her own issues or he wouldn't have been able to brainwash her. He definitely had crossed over to some strange area of life.

Yeah, that guy lost it, did he really think he could protect all of the wildlife there? I didn't mind him hanging out with the foxes but the bears?? That's just plain stupid. They're wild animals, if they're hungry thay're going to come after you. As for his girlfriend, I feel bad for her, she admitted to being truly afraid of the bears but he obviously cared much more for the bears than her. I honestly think he got what he was asking for but I think it was unfair of her to lose her life that way.

There are definitely sicker people in the world, but he was very very mentally ill. I watched that last night and I couldn't believe that he survived as long as he did with the bears. I can't believe that they recorded the death of themselves...

OMG- grizzly man was creepy! at first, i thought he was cool, like a scientist who did something like Jane Goodall with the chimps, but as I watched it, I realized that was not the case. I got the heebie-jeebies from him. i felt kinda bad for that crazy f***. but as the saying goes, DON"T PATRONIZE BEARS OR THEY WILL EAT YOU. i think he was sick, period. that had nothing to do with his girlfriend.
his girlfriend, rest her soul, must have had issues too.
