Failing that, go flush your head, it's not nice but it works (discovered whist trying to wake up, with a huge hangover and my face stuck to a toilet seat, trying to lift myself up and clamoring with my hands for something to grab hold of...you can imagine the rest!)

Number 1 is mountain dew,cuban coffee too but if not caffeine,a cool shower and some exersize as other people have said,I am a Paramedic and if the blood gets pumping it will wake you up,music is also good to mentally get you going!

I go for a nice long run. Yeah, I know - you should probably be awake before you do that. The crisp morning air always helps wake me up. The views are spectacular and I have to open my eyes to see them (or I'll fall into a ravine). My dog pulls me along to start and before you know it, I'm racing her.
If running fails though, I have a Mountain Dew and a Snickers bar (I ran - I'm allowed).

find a job that you enjoy and are excited about
Get more goals for yourself and find out what your passionate about...
when you think you found something you love! you should want to do it all the time with needed breaks of course... but someone told me a while ago! if you love makeing music then you will stay up late and get up early to do that!
Don't smoke weed or drink befor bed....
and drink lots of water!!!
think positively and go with the flow!
It takes a while to get there but if youdo this for a month it will be come habit and you'll adjust!

You mean DO apples make you awaken in the morning? Lol jk yet i'm undecided in the event that they "wake you up" consistent with say... I heard on the well-being Channel that the scent of apples could make you have a extra advantageous day or advance your well-being some how. in all probability would be much extra advantageous in case you unquestionably ate it.

After I have a glass of sweet tea, I turn the radio on pretty loud and get in the shower. The combination of caffeine, loud music, and water spraying on me really wakes me up and gets me going.

A good nights sleep. I would suggest 8 hrs. Oh and turn all the lights out at night so that you can rest peacefully.

i hate mornings but due to the nature of my job, i have to get up at unearthly hours...actually to a motivator, he said that to get up, when the alarm rings and your eyes are still closed, tell your subconscious mind that it's morning and it's time to wake up. Keep doing it for a few times every morning and soon you will be able to walk up refreshed...that's what he said though i haven;'t try..

exercising, if six cups of coffee don't wake me up then i usually run laps on the track til' i wake up. if that doesn't work, then gulp sugar til' you have energy coming out your wazoo. and if that doesn't work, then you do not have enough blood in your caffine system.
