i am a 23 year old mother of 2 and i LOVE watching power rangers (especially mystic force). my 2 year old loves it, too, so i use that as an excuse to watch it. now i find myself watching it even after he goes to bed. i feel sometimes like i should be watching more adult shows, like days of our lives, but they just don't interest me like the power rangers do. any suggestions?

Yes, watch what you want. It may help you to unwind. I used to watch it years ago corny as it was and I loved Tommy the green ranger--he was hot! Eye candy for adults, I enjoyed it.

There is nothing wrong with watching Power Rangers. You probably enjoy watching it so much because it reminds you of the quiet time you get to spend with your child and how much he likes it. When my granddaughter was younger she use to watch teletubbies and I thought I had lost touch with reality because I loved watching it too. It seem like when she outgrew it, so did I. Besides, what else does TV really have to offer?

TV/Radio is supposed to be for entertainment, education, enlightment and escapism so you shouldn't beat yourself up about watching kiddies shows.
I watch some of them with my kids and sometimes find some of them fun like say Dora (the spanish speaking girl!) - maybe a bit sad but like I say its a bit of escapism, I do watch adult programmes too but to be honest I watch whatever I can whenever I can!!!

Good Lord! You aren't a Granny! You are plenty young to watch PR's. I like Robot Chicken and I used to love Rocko's Modern Life. It keeps you young to watch light stuff on TV. Real life is serious enough, why not enjoy the TV?

Entertainment is something that makes you feel happy.
So you can watch any show you want as long as you are entertained.
