The phrase is "long-tailed cat". And it's said to be nervous because it'll get its tail caught under a rocker.

Okay, put yourself in the cat's paws. Rocking chairs, rocking back and forth meeting the floor. Your long tail now between one of those rockers and the floor.

supposed to be long tailed cat.....asits tail may get crushed by/caught under one of the chairs so it would be nervous/ jumpy
