You can buy some make-up remover face wash, or you can use some vaseline. Just let the vaseline sit on your eyes for a few minutes and wipe it off.

Lancome has an eye makeup remover called "Bifacil". It has a mineral oil base to it (cheaper alternative is a bottle of straight mineral oil from the pharmacy). Apply some to a cotton round, slowly swipe down your eye (obviously with your eye closed). Follow with a couple more swipes then wash face like normal.

#1 cotton balls are not the right thing to use.
Pick up the round disc of cotton, its smoother and can get between those lashes/eye lids without the "fuzz" factor.

Put enough product on the disc, if you are rubbing your eyes, then it is not enough. Gently lay it on the eye for a 10 count and wipe it off. Repeat until done. Sometimes I will apply warm wash clothe to my eyes prior to that, to open the pores to remove it easier. If it is caked on- the press the lashes together like a cotton disc sandwich and hold, then lightly pull it off the lash tips.

Get a top of the line makeup remover. Lancome eye makeup remover is wonderful for removing waterproof eye makeup.

Then purchase eye wash in the contact/eye care section, these are little pads that will clean you lid off very clean. before bed and I like to use it in the morning for very clean eyes to apply my makeup too.

Never wear makeup to bed or to work out. The bacteria on your skin will effect it much more.

I use Mary Kay Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover and it works really well. I wipe each eye twice and it usually comes clean by the second wipe...depending how much eye makeup I've used... Hope that helps.

I use a mascara that is called Tint I think it is by Loeral or Almay. It need nothing but soap and water to come off, plus it doesn't smudge when you wear it. (Blue/purple tube with a silver coloered bottom) Otherwise I would use baby oil to remove the mascara.

loreal is a good brand but if it not working with you you have to change the mascara and the make up remover. why don't you use maybelline new york mascara and baby johnson's wet wipe it removes make up very well.

it was my pleasure answering your question.

Change the eye make up remover you are using and get a new one....that can remove both waterproof and normal mascara. I'm using a No7 eye makeup remover and my mascara comes of in one swipe.

L'Oreal's eye makeup remover does not remove L'Oreal's waterproof mascaras, I've had the same problem. Try Neutrogena's eye makeup remover, or just some mineral (baby) oil.

L'oreal Mascara is a great one, I recommend you to use the wet towels make up remover,( for face and eyes) it's better than the liquid make up remover.
you may try neutrogena, johnson, or dove wet towels for this purpose.
I may recommend you to try the new rimmel mascara if you are looking for volume ,it's also a very good one too.
