unfortunetly its just one of those things that come along with being pregnant. its more than likely bile because any food eaten the previous day would have been disgested, i don't think theres really along you can do about it.
when i was pregnant i used to take ginger biscuits everywhere with me and have a tin of them by my bed so that a could munch one first thing in the morning. unfortunetly they only helped me stop feeling sick but if i was actually going to be sick then there was no stopping it. it'll soon pass theres only a few women how actually have sickness all the way through

Are you sure it's not just bile that is coming up - bile is generally yellow and frothy. Have you been able to eat anything recently as if you have an empty stomach then you will be bring up bile instead of any food particles. I know if you have morning sickness eating something is the last thing you want to think about but it does make the being sick easier.
Hope your feeling beeter soon. Morning Sickness is awful but it usually does get better.

at the start, don't be terrified, you're in basic terms putting greater stress on your self which you do no longer want and it rather is in basic terms going to make issues worse, cool down. Water is all a human rather desires to drink anyhow, and something sugary is going to be complicated on your tummy. something with caffeine is undesirable for you presently greater so than earlier. Now, as for paying for food in you, attempt bland food, clean broth, and easily a sprint at a time. A saltine cracker or 2 earlier you get away from mattress would help initiate issues off. you will possibly no longer have the skill to handle a 'meal' and you may would desire to easily consume some bites another hour for here couple of weeks. As for paying for via Christmas, i might recommend "i think of I actually have a abdomen flu", which will hide any disease and that they'll understand the tasteless food ingredient. Any women people who've had little ones will play alongside, yet once you come clean, they'll inform you they knew some thing replaced into up at Christmas, via fact they know those issues, LOL. The disease could rather get greater clever after your first trimester. and actually, end with the terrified business enterprise earlier you concern youself right into a miscarriage. My terrific chum did no longer consume a common sized meal until eventually her 4th month and her toddler replaced right into a 10 pound butterball. the toddler gets what it desires, it rather is why you're dropping weight. Welcome to motherhood, enable the sacrificing initiate! Now attempt and relax, isn't feelling ill undesirable adequate? you will make up for it while the cravings hit, do no longer concern. Congrats to you and your Fiance!

I would say its normal because its when you first wake up or shortly thereafter that you are sick. They only thing in your stomach is stomach acid which is yellow. Try the usual crackers or something to nibble on before you ever step foot out of the bed. At least when you are sick, it won't be just the acid coming up. Sounds gross...sorry for that but the acid is not good on your throat or esophageous.

You need more food and fluid in your stomach. If you are waking up to pee in the middle of the night, go ahead and make yourself get a small healthy snack, an apple or banana, or something and a glass of water. That way you will have something to throw up when you wake up. It may even help you from not getting sick as often. Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day! most importantly water.

No you can't help it. It may just be the bile in your stomach as your stomach will be empty first thing in the morning. I was sick for almost four months! and a lot of the time it was bile as i was constantly being sick. If you are very worried just go see your midwife and she will be able to help you.

Might just be an excess of stomach acid, especially if you are dry heaving. When I had whooping cough during my last pregnancy, I coughed so hard I was sick on a regular basis. I oftentimes had nothing in my stomach, but was still bringing up yellow, aspirin-tasting liquid.
If you are still worried, see your GP or midwife.

Do you mean your vomit? It all depends on what you've eaten. If you're vomiting first thing in the morning, it could be bile. Bile is your stomach acid, and is sort of a greenish-yellow. Maybe this is it? If you have an empty stomach, you wouldn't be vomiting food.
