I have really dark brown curly hair with a tint of red in it, and leaf-green eyes. Any ideas for colours or types of jewellery that would really help?

I was watching the Miss Teen USA pageant last night and one of the final 5 had gorgeous green eyes. She wore large chandelier style earings with green jewels in them and they REALLY brought out her eyes!

You would assume other greens. Yet no- contrast colors to bring out the body colors. If your showcase the jewelry, wear black top.
Wear a warm color tone, to pull out reds in your hair.(chesnut).
I would put jewel tone colors, Purple, Royal blue and Gold.
Wear yellow gold.
I use hair pins/scarves with a touch of metallic in them to really add to the GOLD of the jewelry.
Your green eyes have brown or gold flecks in them...look close and play up to them with makeup and clothing and use the contrast of the jewelry to make the point.

Copper or gold metal with green or amber stones. Torquoise would look beautiful on you also with silver.
