With all these (legal) movies download sites like vongo.com there has got to be other countries that do the same. After living in france for a year, I'm wanting to continue watching movies from there.. But they don't sell them in the US.. Any suggestions? How can I download foreign movies?

I'll add that the movies I want or true foreign movies that have not come out in the US, there for they are not available from american movie companys such as Netflix or Blockbuster. Also I'm talking about true foreign movies, not american movies dubbed with another language. Thanks.

I have rented tons of good foreign movies especially french at my local Blockbuster. Granted that was in Canada but I would think you would have a foreign section. I think one girl had it right though about looking movies up on www.imdb.com and then downloading specific titles.
PS. I love the move Reine Margot or Queen Margrite
And if you like Spanish try Belle Epoque or the movie Mad Love

Blockbuster Online does have true foreign movies as well. Of their 55,000+ titles, there are thousands that actually foreign and not available at local stores or Best Buy or any place like that.

I so love those the place the dubbing is basically a splash off series, such as Older Asian movies, the place the persons mouth stops shifting however the voice over keeps speaking. or basically the different. The voice over stops and the actor remains mouthing words. Dallas

I go first on www.imdb.com from there I use a click-able link to www.amazon.com to buy all my foreign movies! but I also have several lings for hard to find French and German movies...do U want them?

I get all foreign films from my local library, DVDs and VCRs. Lots of French and many other countries. I love them all, good and bad.

well... one of the best software for downloading is "Emule"
But anyway... most of all the DVDs (common movies)...have the choice to "select" the language.
I suggest you could try that, with some movie that you already have seen, so that you know "what" is about.
It's a very good exercise!
