I sweat too. I've tried many things. Nothing works very well. I just live with it. Would love to know if someone had a good solution.
I hear "celebrities" use botox on their underarms and palms. I'm not doing that!

Hands sweat when you are nervous and have no
solution for an immediate problem. Calm down,
wash your hands in cold water, think and solve
your problem. However, I would like to mention
that some people always have sweaty hands
and the reason is that they can not control themselves
even if feeling no problem, but they certainly do and
are not aware of this. Also, you will possibly notice
that, when amongst close friends, your hands sweat
less or not at all. This is because you feel safe and
comfortable. Think about this and you will be able to
solve the problem on your own. Have more confidence
in yourself and it is finished. Good going, my friend.

If it is really serious sweat for no apparent reason then your GP could refer you to have the nerves deadened, the problem is that this causes dry hands and so then you'll spend a fortune on hand cream!

We are the similar in some ways. My hands tremble too whenever I face nervousness. The doctor said, I have anxieties. I think you are not under intense anxiety... The doctor's diagnosis for you is right. Brain is responsible for it and you can have surgeries if you can afford it. It'll help. Currently, I'm taking medications for my anxiety and somehow it helps. I wish I can afford to go abroad so that I can have therapies and surgeries if necessary.

Hey,
I was a neuropathy sufferer. I was not able to use my keyboard anymore because of the pain on my hands. I had very good results with this natural program to cure nerves pain: http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=569
