Helping older people to clean there homes. IE, scrubbing toilets,walls, carpets.
Dairy queen is the only kind of employment I know of. As most fast food joints have hot surfaces DQ does to but they have some kind of special license.

well, when i was 11, i had a paper route. then when i was 15 i got my first restaurant job. you might be able to get a job at McD's with working papers, but i think it might depend on the minimum age according to the laws of your state.
you might be able to help out a local landscaper (mowing, mulching, leaf raking) etc.

If there are any local charities or political campaigns this would be best. They pay very well, inform you how the process works, and help with networking when you go to college and graduate. It worked for me.
