Does it really a make a difference during oral?

Depends on the person giving it, my girlfriend drives me wild by just discreetly showing me her tongue in public coz i know exactly what im getting. I have been with with a guy who had it pierced and it didnt make any difference, or then maybe its the girl/guy thing.

I however am going to look like an odd one out.
I cringe when people talk about piercings. I can't stand them. I really don't like the idea of lumps of metla forced through flaps of skin. It wierds me out a little.
So when somebody going down on me has a pierced tounge it is a real turn off and I pull away - which kinda destroys the atmosphere.
There is a difference, but it is not necessarily good.

if a woman is receiving oral sex it definitely does make a difference, for most men it unfortunately doesn't they mostly cannot tell if the giving tongue is pierced or not

Well, to put it bluntly i never "enjoyed" oral until a girl with piercings did it for me. I think that was more to do with her and i do have to say that if they catch you it can be quite painfull! I would say it can be good if you have a good technique anyway. If you are hoping that you would suddenly become amazing at it by getting your tounge pierced that wouldn't be true!

perhaps it makes a difference if the person doing the oral has no clue what they are doing.

Can do, depending on whereabouts on your tongue you get the piercing, and if you work it properly!!
You can also buy little vibrators that fasten to your piercing.

no idea,but im not getting my tounge peirced to find out ive got better ways that i enjoy making love to my husbend.immature ways arent on the list hun

I've heard it does, but I don't know. I won't do it. I hear about too many cases of infections and tooth damage, and my folks spent too much money on my teeth!
