I got very heavy several yrs ago and several people asked me when it was due...not nice! The first person who asked me was mentally disabled, so I cut him some slack, but I did get tired of it from others! So I finally went on a diet. It's more embarassing to be the person asked, than to do the asking. If someone is pregnant they'll tell you if they want you to know.

You poor thing! That must've been embarrassing.

I am pregnant, and when someone asks me if I am, I tell them, "No, I've just put on weight."

After I get their reaction, I tell them I'm joking.
