No, you can't. At least not if you stay on the earth. The moon rotates on its axis at about the same rate that it orbits the earth, so it keeps the same side facing the earth at all times. Since it rotates at a constant rate, but orbits at a varying rate, there is a slight wobble that allows us to see up to 59% of the moon's surface from earth. To see anything else, you have to go into space.

No you can't. The moon rotates at the same rate as the Earth, therefore you will only ever see the side of the moon you see now. The "back side" of the moon has only been seen by a select few, the men and women who have been in space. From Earth, we will never see the other side. Sad in a way, but the face on the moon will always be watching us! Kinda cool, if you think about it.

No.
As the moon goes along its orbit of the earth, the rate at which it spins on its axis keeps the same side of it facing the earth at all times. The only persons to ever see the far side of the moon with their eyes [as opposed to in a picture taken by a lunar orbiter]were the Apollo astronauts.

Nope. From the earth we only see one side of the moon. No matter how long you watch the moon for you will never see the other side unless you go into space.
